School Lunch Program Info

FGCS is a National School Lunch Program sponsor and offers a cold lunch program that meets all federal requirements for a healthy, nutritious lunch. Lunch costs $3/day but families who qualify may receive school lunch free or at a reduced price (currently 40 cents). Look for School Lunch Program Information on the Documents page for details and application forms. All students who want school lunch must order lunch monthly regardless of payment status so we know how much food to order. Menu/order forms are posted with the date orders are due and sent by email month and can be found on the Documents page or in the school office. Questions? When to Keep Your Child Home from School

If your child isn't feeling well, it can be hard to know whether to send them to school or keep them home. While we want kids to be in school as much as possible, it's important for them to stay home when they are ill - for their own sake as well as to avoid infecting others. Click here to read guidelines for when to keep your child at home because of illness.
